We have urgent openings for Technical Helpdesk at EbixCash Pvt Ltd at Belapur

Position: Permanent position

CTC:- 2 LPA

Role:- Permanent

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

1. Degree holder in any engineering stream

2. Minimum 1 year experience of technical help desk (ticket lodging, generation of reports from NMS,

call handling, ticket tracking etc.)

3. Proficiency in MS-office

4. Good communication skills

5. Good Team Management and co-ordination skills

6. Forwarding calls/problems to L1/L2/L3 engineers for resolution

7. Looking for early joiners

8. There will be two rotational shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM. No night shift,
